sp; 國(guó)際展商 010－59311048 59311046 聯(lián)系人：孫 巖 鞏華楠 傳真電話：國(guó)內(nèi)展商 010－58555949 國(guó)際展商 010－58555974 在線服務(wù)：展會(huì)專用QQ群--3962876 聯(lián)系地址：北京市西城區(qū)月壇南街6號(hào) 郵政編碼：100045 網(wǎng) 址：www.chinagoldcoin.net 博覽會(huì)參展須知 1、 參展商在中國(guó)境內(nèi)的商業(yè)活動(dòng)須嚴(yán)格遵守中國(guó)現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)政策、法律及規(guī)定。 2、 參展商在博覽會(huì)期間須服從組委會(huì)的統(tǒng)一安排和指揮，并給予主辦者以充分理解及配合。 3、 參展商的商業(yè)行為不得與組委會(huì)發(fā)生直接或間接的沖突，從而損害主辦單位的權(quán)益。未經(jīng)組委會(huì)許可，任何參展商不得設(shè)計(jì)、發(fā)售博覽會(huì)題材、圖案的紀(jì)念性產(chǎn)品。 4、 未經(jīng)組委會(huì)書面批準(zhǔn)，不得擅自出售、轉(zhuǎn)讓或轉(zhuǎn)租攤位。經(jīng)組委會(huì)批準(zhǔn)后，每位參展商只可與一個(gè)其他展商共用所租攤位。 5、 不允許在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)展示或銷售偽造郵票、偽滿洲郵票、1949年10月1日后臺(tái)灣錢幣、郵票、無鑒定郵幣卡等非法商品及與博覽會(huì)內(nèi)容無關(guān)的商品。 6、 場(chǎng)館內(nèi)禁止私人販賣及不適當(dāng)?shù)拇黉N活動(dòng)，禁止發(fā)放、放置有政治性問題及嘩眾的物品。 7、 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)商品的訂價(jià)應(yīng)合理并參考市價(jià)，嚴(yán)禁暴利。 8、 在銷售過程中，一旦出現(xiàn)糾紛，應(yīng)妥善處理，或通過組委會(huì)來調(diào)解，確保買賣雙方的利益不受損害。 9、 所有參展商應(yīng)在展前自行辦妥有關(guān)人身財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)事宜。在展會(huì)期間要特別注意安全，妥善保管個(gè)人財(cái)產(chǎn)、物品，如因自身原因發(fā)生意外，主辦單位將不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。 10、 博覽會(huì)結(jié)束前，任何參展商未經(jīng)組委會(huì)書面許可不得擅自撤離展位。 11、 所有涉及博覽會(huì)的媒體宣傳和商業(yè)廣告需經(jīng)組委會(huì)審批，避免出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤、失實(shí)、夸大、不合理等內(nèi)容。 12、 參展商須向海關(guān)如實(shí)申報(bào)展品的品種、數(shù)量、價(jià)格及面值，并安實(shí)際的銷售額繳納稅金。 13、 參展商須確保所有租用物品無缺損，如有缺損，照價(jià)賠償。 14、 場(chǎng)內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁煙火。 15、 任何違反上述規(guī)定的行為，組委會(huì)將嚴(yán)肅對(duì)待和處理，后果自負(fù)。 本須知最終解釋權(quán)歸博覽會(huì)組委會(huì) Rules & Conditions for Attending Beijing International Coin Exposition 2009 1. Exhibitors/dealers must strictly abide by China’s current relevant policies, laws, and provisions in all their business. 2. Exhibitors/dealers are expected to be complied with the unified arrangements and directions of the organizing committee during the exposition, and fully understand and cooperate with the sponsors. 3. No exhibitors/dealers may collide with the organizing committee directly or indirectly, thereby harm the rights and interests of the sponsors. Without permissions of the organizing committee, no exhibitors/dealers may design and sell souvenirs under the theme of this exposition or with featured patterns. 4. Without written authority forms the organizing committee, no exhibitors/dealers may sell, transfer, or relet their booth. With the approval of the organizing committee, each booth can be shared by only two exhibitors/dealers. 5. No exhibitors/dealers are allowed to display or sell illegal products, such as forged coins, Taiwan Coins (issued after Oct. 1, 1949), coins and medals without certificate of approval, and commodities irrelevant to the theme of this exhibition. 6. Peddling and improper promotion activities in the exhibition halls are forbidden. Release or display articles of political sensitivity or articles curry favor from the public are forbidden. 7. The price of on sale products must be reasonable and take into consideration of the market price, overcharging is strictly prohibited. 8. Unexpected disputes occurred during the sale should either be solved privately through appropriate approaches or seek for arbitration from the organizing committee, thus ensure the mutual benefits of both the buyer and the seller. 9. Exhibitors/dealers are advised to buy life insurance and cargo insurance before attending the exhibition. During the exposition, exhibitors/dealers should be especially alert to security affairs, insure the safety of their property and goods, the sponsors will not compensate for loses at the oversight of exhibitors/dealers. 10. Before the end of the exposition, no exhibitors/dealers may abandon their booth without the written approval from the organizing committee. 11. Propaganda on medias and other commercial advertisement relate to the exposition need to get approval from the organizing committee to avoid the occurrence of inaccurate and false publicity. 12. Exhibitors/dealers should faithfully declare to customs the breeds, quantity, price, and face value of their goods, and pay tax according to their actual sale. 13. Exh ibitors/dealers must insure the intactness of their rented articles, and compensate at the original price once there are any loses. 14. Smoking and lighting fires in the Exhibition halls are strictly prohibited. 15. Any violation to the above regulations will be treated or punished seriously.
